I went Karu and I have no regrets. I fire it up with a bed of lumpwood charcoal then add kindling to get it roaring before I launch. I don’t have any experience with a pellet pizza oven but I know a few guys that have the 3 and they don’t like managing the fire with pellets but I hear the fyra is a bit better.
I have the Fyra and wish I bought an oven with a gas attachment.
I just spent a long time deciding, and I went with Karu. It can do gas if necessary, and wood + charcoal is more economical than pellets.
